Winry (about Buccaneer’s automail): Wow, cool! It’s fitted with claws! Oooh, are they diamond tipped? Ed let me put some on you!

Ed: HELL NO,

Kimblee: hmmm, I don’t blame you.

The problem with finding FMA manga panel examples is I always get distracted by the sheer perfection of the manga.

FIRST, WINRY I LOVE YOU

SECOND

KIMBLEE

OMG KIMBLEE

just casually observing these events and commiserating with Ed over the tackiness of that automail

u are a ridiculous villian.

OPPA CENTRAL STYLE

The only time a soldier will know peace is when he dies.

fullmetalforce64:

Kimblee… as sadistic as he was, had said some pretty deep things.

“The one thing worse than death is to avert your eyes from it. Look straight at the people you kill. Don’t take your eyes off them for a second. And don’t ever forget them, because I promise that they won’t forget you.”

“What can be more beautiful than doing a job that puts your soul at risk?! Thats what it means to be alive!”

Damn you Kimblee for being near-Poetic,

And now for a tiny Kimblee appreciation post;
Kimblee didn’t try to justify his acts of mass murder under some pitiful excuse. He took his job and felt achievement for his own work. Was he wrong for finding pleasure in murder? Yes. But he was the only one who was honest with it.

If the entire rest of the group felt so awful about the whole acts, they could have easily turned around and quit fighting. Armstrong did it. Basque murdered Fessler, a higher ranking officer, for his ridiculous command to kill a man who surrendered. What did the rest do as the military treated them as pawns used to eradicate an entire race simply because it was an order? They followed commands, regardless of how much they complained.

At least Kimblee had the decency to take responsibility for his own actions, rather than pointing fingers for a job they chose to do.

full-metal:

Kimblee: The battlefield is, after all, a place where you kill the enemy. Did you put on your uniforms without being ready for that? Don’t avert your eyes from death. Look forward. Look directly at the people you are killing. And then don’t forget them. The enemy isn’t going to forget you, either.

Shackles keeping you from doing what you love best hold you back. You did not ask to be bound and chained like a unwilling dog, as your time to be chained was over. Freedom was calling and so was your craving for blood… Biting at your lip hard enough to bring blood, you lapped up the iron…

Kuro had sensed bloodlust from the confides of the building,a large enough amount that lured her towards the source. She believed at first that it might have been a demon of sorts who was to eager to spill human blood. Kuro didn’t believe in unnecessary bloodshed, but did enjoy a good fight and wanted to see the source. She was surprised to see it was a human. Solf J. Kimblee to be exact. She heard many people whisper of his dark deeds. The Mad Bomber as they called him, apparently a name fitted for the crimes he’s committed.

“Eager to shed some blood now arn’t we human..?” Kuro regarded him with coolly, slowly stepping out from the shadows to gaze at the bloodthirsty man.

For those of you who have watched the anime OVA, you know when this is from.

Solf J. Kimblee….is an official animal lover, specifically dogs.
